| I opened the House of Dreams because I love to create exotic but beautifully designed hats. When I wear one of my hats, someone always asks “Where did you get that hat and where can I get one?” My original designs reflect your unique personality, taste & spirit. You’ve always wanted to be bolder... why not wear hat-art?
My designs begin with an idea, and then I construct each hat by hand. For the actual exterior of the hat, I utilize various fabrics, beads, feathers, vintage jewelry, buttons, and a variety of trims. I don't duplicate a design unless an occasion requires it. I personally sign and date each House of Dreams hat since it will become your personal work of art. I ship hats around the world, so if you live in Alabama or Australia, don't worry.... talk to me! Let's make a beautiful hat together! About Me…I have been designing since I could hold a pencil. I’ve studied at the Art Student’s League in New York and the Maine College of Art. Dress and costume hats are my favorite creations. I’ve loved designing for special occasions, Mardi Gras and festivals as well as for church attendance, chemotherapy treatment, and “cocktail” or special events. I look forward to designing a special handmade hat just for you! |
