Our Return Policy...You must phone for a return verification number and approval prior to sending a return package. You must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of the hat. No returns will be accepted without a verification number printed in the lower left corner of the returning package. Returns will be credited if the outside hat tag is not altered in any way, and the hat is in the original pre-shipped condition showing no signs of wear, damage or alteration. Only the 50% final payment will be refunded if all requirements are met. The deposit is not refundable. All shipping charges, packaging, and insurance (on the returns) are the responsibility of the sender. Hats qualifying for return must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt. If the hat initially arrives (at your home) in a damaged condition (due to UPS only), it is your responsibility to report it immediately to UPS and The House of Dreams. Hats damaged in shipping will be repaired and reshipped to you. I will also make repairs on either my designs or those of others for an estimated fee plus shipping costs. |
